3604 - SMART Banner Vinyl WF 375 matte

3604 is light and flexible banner consisting of a tear-resistant polyester fabric and a vinyl layer. WeatherProÔ certified. 15 mil, water resistant. Excellent printability with dye inks, good color brilliance, resolution and edge definition with pigment inks, no bleeding. Durable indoors and outdoors without protection as tested for 3 months. Can be sewn or grommeted. Water resistance  achieved only with pigmented inks.

3942 - Vinyl Scrim Banner WF 480 matte

3942 is our heaviest 19 mil banner with high tensile strength and polyester-scrim reinforcement. WeatherProÔ certified. 19 mil, water resistant, flexible PVC with imbedded scrim construction. Designed for indoor and outdoor use. Universally compatible with thermal and piezo  printers with dye and pigment inks. Can be sewn, taped, grommeted or welded. This is the choice for outdoor banners and flexible signage where superior physical strength is a must.

3960 - Block-out Vinyl Scrim Banner WF 380 matte

3960 is a 15 mil heavy-weight scrim banner, with an opaque bloc-out layer. WeatherProÔ certified. Water resistant, 100% opaque, flexible PVC with imbedded scrim construction. Designed for indoor and outdoor use. Universally compatible with thermal and piezo printers with dye and pigment inks. Can be sewn, taped, grommeted or welded. This is the choice for outdoor banners and flexible signage where longer- life performance or extreme conditions are a factor.

3900 - Polypropylene Outdoor Film 180 matte

3900 is an 8 mil tear-resistant poster and sign media.It is an outdoor durable, polypropylene film is WeatherProÔ certified. Very smooth matte finish yields near-photo quality image. Designed for outdoor use, pigment-inks, too. Good mechanical strength at lower cost. Can be pocketed with double-faced tape, or grommeted. Water resistance achieved only with pigment inks.

3918 - Tyvek Outdoor Banner WF 290 matte

3918 11 mil matte Tyvek, Dupont’s PolyOlenfin spun-bonded web, is light in weight, but high in tear strength. Coated with Sihl’s water fast Titanium PlusÔ to produce a one-of-a-kind banner media.  WeatherProÔ certified. Very smooth matte finish yields near-photo quality image. Designed for outdoor use, dye pigment-ink compatible. High mechanical strength, excellent and uniform color brilliancy. Can be pocketed with double-faced tape or grommeted. 3920 Tightly woven 12 mil polyester fabric banner with a universal outdoor inkjet coating. WeatherProÔ certified. Flame resistant. Designed for indoor and outdoor use. Universally compatible with thermal and piezo printers with dye and pigment inks.

3988 - Classic Vinyl WF 300 matte

3988 290 g/m2, 5.7 mil, plus adhesive/liner (11 mil total thickness). Highest quality, semi-conformable vinyl with solvent glue for outdoor durable signs and displays. TitaniumPlusÔ coating  for short drying time and long lasting, sharp images with colors that “pop” WeatherProÔ certified. Dye and pigment compatible. Waterfast without lamination. Solvent glue gives permanent adhesion to wide variety of substrates, including hard to stick surfaces like Cor-o-plast. Cuts clean on most printer-plotter-cutters. High quality, semi-comformable vinyl lends itself to many vehicle graphic applications. 3-6 months outdoor without lamination; resists wicking;12 months outdoor laminated without edge protection;2 years outdoor with matched Neschen laminates. 3931 - Vinyl Self-adhesive WF 300 matte

3931 4 mil white opaque calendared vinyl with aqueous permanent adhesive and a 4 mil silicon craft-paper release layer. WeatherProÔ certified. Very smooth matte finish yields near-photo quality image. Indoor and outdoor use, dye and pigment-ink compatible, waterproof. Six month outdoor life, pigment-ink, without lamination. Easy to apply to most clean, smooth mounting surfaces.  Water resistance achieved only with pigment inks.

3972 - SYNTILUX WF SA 240 matte

3972 a low cost alternative to 3988 and 3931, this 4 mil polypropylene is destined to follow in their footsteps as market standards. WeatherProÔ certified. Designed mainly for outdoor use. Dye and pigment ink compatible. Six month outdoor life with lamination, easy to apply to most clean, smooth mounting surfaces. High color saturation gives brilliant color “pop”, excellent sharpness and short drying time. Water resistance achieved only with pigment inks.
